A few things I'd change:

change to a quad core intel CPU such as the i5 3570K. it'll be faster than your planned AMD CPU and is cheaper too!

I'd recommend spending the money you saved with your CPU/motherboard change on your graphics card, as this will be the bottleneck of your system when gaming.

you could also downsize the power supply, I'd get a decent quality 550-650W power supply.

Okay thank you. You said use the money for a better graphic card. What craphic card would you recomend me?

Can you fit a GTX 670 or Radeon HD 7870/7850 into your budget?

dont bother with a sound card use onboard

motherboard stick to asus/gigabyte

memory stick with dual channel so 2x4/4x4 ddr3
