This one is great, little faster, equally good.

I prefer MSI, but its just my thing, they both are great, with great customer service, if ever needed.

From http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-670-review,3200-14.html the GTX 670 only uses 247W on full load, which will rarely happen. Add 95W for CPU, 20-30W for fans/hard drives/etc, and a 500W PSU is just fine.
