Additional Comments: After asking around I planned out 2 builds for my PC. This is last minute checking that I'm not forgetting anything important or committing any terrible mistakes for my first build. This PC also should last about ~5 years or so. Any advice for reliable monitors or speakers will be welcomed too. Thanks.

The first build is fine on an OCZ 500W PSU. Build 1 is better.
