PCI riser

I'm looking at building a Mini-ITX build and would like to use a full sized graphics card inside the Silverstone Ml03b case. I see that it has a full sized slot above the motherboard and want to use the Powercolor single slot 6850 Graphics card there. My actual question would be, whats the highest quality PCI riser cable to connect the graphics card to the Mini Itx motherboard.

I know, and so does the ASUS motherboard, i was just wondering about the highest quality pci e x16 riser then.

Hi, I have been searching hi and low for an answer to this and was in high hopes when I saw the tread, only to find your question wasn't actually answered . Did you manage to find a riser for it?

Not sure how well it works, but you're probably looking for a PCI-Ex16 extender cable. Something like this.
