Does MSI N610 GT need any PCIE 6-pin cables connected to it? Some people told me that it's powered through the PCI-E x16 slot and those cables are not needed.

My Graphics card spec: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt...

No.

It maxes out at 29W, so there wouldn't ever be a need for a separate 6 pin connector for it anyway.

How much power would it need to have if a 6 pin connector is needed?

A PCIe 2.1 and above x16 slot can provide 150W, but most GPU manufactures stick with the 1.0 spec of 75W, to not break compatibility.

In any case, any card that draws less than 75W will never have a need for a PCIe power connector.

If i go with Geforce 630 ( http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt... ) which its max graphics card power is 65 W does it mean that this card also doesn't need that 6 pin connector?

As far as I know, and can tell, that's correct.

If my PSU is 450 W and the graphics card requirement power is 300W . can my PSU support it?

Oh yeah. Even a "bad" 450W PSU should be ok with the GT 630. In reality, it won't ever really pull 65W unless you force it to by stress testing it.

I'm ony afraid of that my CPU will be damaged if the power is not enough for the whole system

It won't be, don't worry about that.

The absolute worst case scenario is that the PSU literally blows up and takes the GPU and/or motherboard with it, but that won't happen with a GT 630. If you were talking about using something like a GTX 680, then you might have a problem, but absolutely not with a GT 630.
