i am having a gaming problem , while my laptop slows down , game display slowes and sound also

with laptops and games they do get hot and when they do the gpu and cpu have to slow down to let the laptop cool off so it does not over heat. if your goingto game for a long time pick up a laptop cooling pad. on the other side with any laptop or pc you want to turn off any program that not needed so they dont run in the back ground. most people forget to turn off disk scan or virus scans and they try and run in the background slowing the game down.
