Setting up 2 switches connected both on 1 router

like to know if it is possible to connect 2 switches on a single router?

Yes, as long as the router has 2 ports.

This is doable. Simply connect one port from each switch to a port on the router.

so it wont have any conflict on IP assigning when using 2 switch over a single router?
cause usually i had to connect the second switch to the first switch and the first switch connected to the router. and this is the first time i will connect both switches directly to the router due to expansion.

what switches do you have? are they manageable switches?

if they are un-managed switches they will not use/obtain an IP.
