Will HD5750 work with cooler master eXreme power plus 460W?

Yes it will but you will have problem in the future if you want to put a card that will draw more than 150W. 26A on the 12v rail is very low but it'll cut it for the 5750.
BTW @clarkjd these eXtreme series are the lowest quality PSU's that CM manifactures, so they normally don't even come close to their labeled output and are known to be unstable and inefficient.
 

I know...that's why I posted the review, hoping that the OP would get a better PSU for his build! :bounce:

The Corsair without doubt, though it won't be much of an upgrade on the power side, more of an stability upgrade i would say, and is without doubt more solid build and has higher quality components inside.
You may also want to consider some higher wattage models, just to be on the safe side in the future, one day you may want to add a high end gpu and you will have to change psu again.

^True, both Amd and Nvidia's min recommendations for psu's are concerning low end supplies. Although they overestimeted the 7750 definitely, if you put that card into an average PC the whole system would consume around... 150-60W?
