Best $170 card?

I don't care if it's used, refurbished, open box, whatever. I just want the best WORKING card I can get for my small budget. Anyone's input is appreciated.

How many amps does your psu have on the +12v1 and the +12v2 rails combined?

Forget the psu, I intend on up grading to a 680w right before this card.

Is the 7770 better than the 460? or the 6870?

^yes it is better. Especially in DX11 where the 7000 series really kicks butt

I meant better than the 560****
I'm mainly going to be playing bf3 & mw3 in 1080p with a phenom ii x6 1100t if that matters.

The 6870 beats those other two cards I believe a 560 is about on par. A 500w 80plus psu from Corsair, XFX or Antec is plenty.
