Need help in deciding right psu for my graphics card

Hello all members,
I have bought a PowerColor AMD/ATI Radeon HD5670 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card recently configured with
Core 2 Duo e7500 processor
Intel DG31PR motherboard
2+2gb transcend gb ddr2 ram
hitachi 500gb sata Hard disk
acer p195hq monitor 1366 by 768

So,Which PSU should be enough at reasonable cost?

define "reasonable cost"

any psu with at least 500w will do - however you want to choose one that is at least 80 Plus Bronze certified

my budget is less than 3000rs and I have these 3 tentative PSU

Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts PSU Rs. 2875

Corsair VS450 450 Watts PSU

You should be able to get a quality PSU for around 10 cents(US) per watt. If you pay less, you wont be getting a quality product(unless its on sale!). I would recommend a PSU from Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, PCP&C, XFX, or Enermax.
