I have recently ordered a new graphics card and was wondering if this power supply would provide enough power for it -

More than enough. :)  I'm using a 600 Watt on mine.

Yes it will be plenty for a build with a 7950. In fact you could crossfire 7950s on that PSU.

If you've already got the TX750 V2 then no worries. If however you haven't bought it yet then there are probably better/cheaper options available.
