Pc build for $1100-1200

hi guys, so i will be buying a brand new pc next month. so i need help in choosing the different components. my budget is 65000 indian rupees, which is roughly about $1100-1200. i need to fit in a decent pc,monitor and the other stuff. so i need to fit everything into this budget. could you guys please prescribe a good build for me? my main use is gaming,then web surfing etc. it should be able to play all the latest games in high resolution.

i was thinking,

i5 2500k
gtx 560ti (how is the new gtx 690, will it cost much more than than the 560ti?)
8gb ram
500gb hdd
windows 7 home basic
cooler master hyper212+
cooler master mid size case
600 watt psu

also recommend a good motherboard and monitor.
add if i left any component out
