Why my laptop is not having key for ˂ and ˃ ? Basically the key is given but it doesnot perform the require function indeed it shows result of "`" and by pressins shift shoes "~".

Your keyboard is set to US english...go into control panel and change it to British English...

Don't like it? Change the keyboard programming.
Sounds like mis-matched keyboard and language mapping.
Example; American style keyboard and language mapped for Hawaiian.
