Is this mobo good with this build? :)

Hi just wondering if this mobo (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130637) sounds like a good choice? It's for my budget gaming build which is posted below.

I'd prefer not to go much over $100.00 on the mobo and like the price of the current one I'm looking at^. I'm not sure if I want SLI support or not but it'd be a nice option to have for later, I just kind of picked 1600 as the ram speed I want, seemed like it was on the faster side. I'd also prefer not to drop down to a micro board either.

Thanks in advance for your input.

My build plans are as follows:

Mobo - MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS (same one that's posted above)
