Is this mobo good with this build? :)

Hi just wondering if this mobo ( sounds like a good choice? It's for my budget gaming build which is posted below.

I'd prefer not to go much over $100.00 on the mobo and like the price of the current one I'm looking at^. I'm not sure if I want SLI support or not but it'd be a nice option to have for later, I just kind of picked 1600 as the ram speed I want, seemed like it was on the faster side. I'd also prefer not to drop down to a micro board either.

Thanks in advance for your input.

My build plans are as follows:

Mobo - MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS (same one that's posted above)

Case - COUGAR Orange Challenger Black Steel ATX Computer Case with 12cm COUGAR TURBINE HYPER-SPIN Bearing Silent Fans and 20cm LED Fan (I'll add additional fans later)

CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX

GPU - MSI N560GTX-Ti 448 Twin Frozr III PE/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti - 448 Cores (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card (plan to use my 9800GT for now until I can afford this part)

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL (one stick for now, I'll buy a second one later for a total of 8GB when I can afford)

PSU: Corsair 650W (already own)
