What is unsafe temperatures?

I have an EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 cores and when I'm playing games like Deus Ex and the Witcher 2 for a long time the temperature on it can get into the 60's and if not then definitely in the upper 50's (celsius). I was just wondering what is unsafe temperatures for GPUs to be at.

That is still quite safe. GPUs can take higher temps than CPUs, I wouldn't start worrying unless you start going above 80 celsius at stock speeds. The official thermal limit is around 100 degrees celsius.

The thermal limit on that card is 97c. If you start to get close to 90c, there is something wrong with your card.
