Opinion 7950/7970, Help me choose pls!

I live in Portugal, and the 680 is not in stock and even when it was it was more expensive (120euro!)

(keep in mind that the prices might be a bit higher than in America)
Is it worth it to pay 70 more euro to get the 7970?
I game at 1080p BTW
