I normally see mousemonkey closing threads for stupid reasons.

Not sure about Randomizer or Ryan.

The reason you were banned is because Tom's Hardware does not permit under 13s to participate on this forum. This is stated in the Terms of Use which you agreed to when you registered. The legal requirements for knowingly allowing under 13s to post are extremely strict and completely impractical. I am not going to ban you again just yet so that you have a chance to read this, but our stance on this matter is what it is and you will probably be banned again in the near future. It's unfortunate but we don't make the laws.

On a side note: 4ryan6 retired from his position as a moderator some time ago, so please don't throw around accusations of abuse of power when he's incapable of such a thing.

Good thing I started when I was 13....

So mousemonkey could had informed me before banning. Direct closing is pointless. I have more than the minimum smartness required for tom's hardware. Think of it later.

Tom's hardware should depend on brain and intelligence, not age. Is there some way for that way?

Is there a problem we could try to help you with before you get banned again? Rules about younger folk are in place for very good reasons - years ago, while Moderating - or Hosting as we called it - on the AOL Message Boards, we weren't allowed even to PM or e-mail persons we knew to be under sixteen for their own safety.

Take it on the chin - at worst it stops in a few years - and use us while you can without getting upset at those who have a sometimes difficult job to do.

Someone please delete both of my banned account and this account. I'll never be opening Tom's hardware again. Disgusting. Bye Bye Everyone! You'll understand my intelligence at such a young age afterwards. I'll miss Everyone. First acc. name: Subhramit Basu Bhowmick. Second account name: skb1234567.

Unfortunately the law does not make that possible.
