So I want a notebook that can run skyrim and other recent games at maximum or high settings.

ASUS G75VW-RS72 Republic of Gamers Laptops
Will this be enough? Also, should I overclock?
17.3" Full HD (1920x1080) MATTE LED backlit LCD
nVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M 192bit w/3GB GDDR5
Intel® Core™ i7-3610QM (2.3~3.3GHz) w/6M L3 Cache - 4 Cores - 8 Threads
IC Diamond Thermal Compound applied to CPU + GPU
16GB (4x 4GB) DDR3/1600 Dual Channel Memory
750GB SATA II 3GB/s 7,200 RPM Hard Drive
Combo Dual Layer SuperMulti DVDRW/CDRW Drive
Built-in 802.11a/g/n WiFi Card + Bluetooth 3.0 (should I a better card? My internet is 25/5)
Total: $ 1477.31

Also I am buying from powernotebooks.com. Are they good or should I go with xotic pc? Also should I get a blu-ray reader?

Solution
Nice. Think about getting a laptop cooler if you plan to use this on your lap or on a surface that will block airflow. The video card alone is 75w. Battery life must be interesting under load.

Your laptop will outgame my i7-920/gtx260 desktop.

"Built-in 802.11a/g/n WiFi Card + Bluetooth 3.0 (should I a better card? My internet is 25/5) " Unless you suspect the card you are getting is inferior in some way you can't do better than 802.11n.
