I5 3570 k noob overclocking help

I have been planning to oc my 3570 k nothing crazy like up to 4.2 ghz or 4.6 ghz i could really use some help and tips...... i have a h80 cooler and stock settings my load temps with prime 95 are 46 to 47 and my idle temps are 29-35

Your stock temps are fine but monitor your temps as you overclock.
