My future budget build

Approximate date of purchase: December 2012

Budget: 500$

system usage: gaming

parts not required: GPU, monitor, OS( i have a separate budget for my gpu), the cpu cooler( not sure if im going to overclock

parts preference: i like to go with an intel i5.

overclocking: maybe

and I am also looking for suggestion for a gpu that can run BF3 on ultra.( mid-range only)
i think im gonna use virtuMVP.
is AMD radeon 7770 good enough?
