Do I need a bigger PSU?

I just ordered a rather large stereo system for my PC, since I do not have nor want a TV anymore. The sub-woofer uses up 165W and each satellite uses 67, totaling 500w for these speakers.
Will the wattage be drawn from my computer or the wall plug in?

Your PC won't know or care how big your speaker system is.

The power will be drawn completely from the wall socket. With such a large system, do you have a sound card or a mobo built with high quality sound? If not, it may be worth a look.
