Criticize my build

Hello,

Can you guys rate and comment on my build and check compatibility with these parts:

MB: EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

GPU: gtx-260

CPU: Intel e8500

PSU: Corsair TX600W

Case: Antec 300

Ram: Corsair 1Gb x4 (4gb)

Os: Windows 7

Harddrive: old harddrive

Heatsink: Hyper 212 plus

If this is supposed to be a new computer, it is using a lot of older components. Are you upgrading an old computer instead of building a new one?

I hade a build like that 4 years ago , it was a nice gaming system in its day..... you could still play games with it tho !!! just not on max settings.

My friend gave me his old parts (Motherboard, GPU, Ram) I am buying the case, heatsink, and Power supply. Wondering if all components fit.

Its a dinosaur by today's standards, but for a free computer, you can't complain, yes they'll work.

I think that calling it a dinosaur would be going a little far. It's old, but not that old.

4 years is a dinosaur, but thats going by my working definition.

CPU is from Q1 2008, so is the video card.

I know how old the parts are. I don't think that four years old is enough to classify it as a dinosaur.

Just Install the damn game and play it !!!! it dont matter how old the system is, lol that PC will still play games
