Radeon hd 5450 video card for diablo 3?

Hello, I would like to find a graphics card so that I would be able to run Diablo 3. I am currently using Radeon HD 4200 (came with my prebuilt) and am pretty sure that won't be enough. I run my monitors resolution at 1600x900.

I am on a budget, the cheaper the better! I do not play anything intense (WoW, LoL, and hopefully D3) so I do not need anything that will break my bank.

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 440 Processor (3 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3832MB RAM

If you have a prebuilt, you have a PSU (power supply) with very limited capability to handle upgrades. Unless you want to replace that too (another $45-$70), the strongest card you should consider is the HD7750 (~$100-$110), which needs no auxiliary power to run. The card that refillable listed is weaker, but would also be safe. Between them is the HD6670 (~$80-$90).

+1. Unless you will tell us that you have a better psu.

There is an other option too. Diablo3 will be out at 15th May. Long before, we will see entry level Kepler too. And as GTX680 did to 7970, the (theoritical) GT640 might consume less power, provide better performance and cost less than the 7750.
If not, then you can go with 7750. In any way you will be able to play Diablo 3 on your new gpu at May 15th.
