BLACK SCREEN AFTER LOAD FROM DVD OR USB

Good evening first of all i am sorry for my english its not my native language.

To the problem now my friend give me a laptop HP DV5 1120EV the laptop wasnt starting from the bios check it said that the hard disc was faulty so i replace it after when i try to install windows wasnt boot from dvd or usb i change the sequence in the bios and press the f9 to choose from where to load after the logo it goes on black screen i test the ram nothing there now i thing maybe the grafic card i try to plugged in an another monitor but the other monitor dont start any help it would be much appreciated

so you press f9 to choose which device to boot from, you have choosen a DVD to boot from and after that you get stuck on a black screen?
have you tried changing from ide to ahci, fat32 to ntfs ?

yes i change everything and every time the same so you understand you start the laptop and after the first screen where it says to press esc if you want to go to bios and some other choises it goes on black screen it dont start normally or boot from anywhere is just a black screen
