Dear Users,
I have a Dell Dimension 8400, 3.6 Mhz,4Mbytes, 775 LGA socket which works fine, but I can't get it to run any virtual machine.
It's hard to believe that this monster (8 years ago) isn't compatible with virtualization.
Any advise?

Your CPU doesn't have the features needed for virtual machines. It's to old - sorry.

Thanks

Try using Vmware Player; I use it with my Intel Core Duo E8400 running Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium. it won't let me use 64-bit o/s in the virtual machine but it will let me use 32-bit Windows inside the virtual machine.
