1: prefer than you go with crucial ballstix sport. its on at ncix. its cheaper and low profile
2: dont get a ocz drive. get either crucial, mushkin, intel or a patriot. i have a mushkin chronos deluxe and its pretty good. if you are on a smaller budget, get the chronos 120gb
3: no point of crossfireing weak cards. get a single gtx 670 or a 7870. the 670 will max out any game out there on 1080p. if you are getting a 670, get either the asus one o the gigabyte
4: dont get green drives. they are horridly slow like a laptop. get a plain seagate baracuda 1tb with 64mb of cache
5: get a xfx 650w core editon power supply or a xfx 750 XXX edition. they are much much better than the OCZ and are made by seasonic. seasonic makes the best power supplies
6: dont get liquid cooling if you are not going custom. jut get a hyper 212 evo or a cooler master TPC 812. the TPC 812 is just asa good as the 930 if not better

7: why no just get a plain case such as the antec 302. its very functional good build quality

only reason im crossfireing the 7770 is because the price difference, the gtx 670 will be well over 100 more and the hd 7870 about 50-100 more. and with some reasearch that i did it showed that crossfireing hd 7770 will perform slightly under a single 7950.

ill change the hard drive for sure and the cpu cooling.
if im still running the crossfire will the xfx 650w be enough?
June 3, 2012 12:28:42 PM

yes. it has plenty of juice

i still wouldnt go with dual 7770s as you could get variations in performance and micro-stuttering. single cards as better

oh one thing i forgot to mention is that i am gettin a 7770 from a friend for free since he upgraded his gpu thats why i am considering the crossfire. sorry for the missing info.
and thanks for all the reply and help
