Upgrade my pc

I wish to add one more GTX560 for SLI on my pc but i'm not sure will it balance out with my other hardware?
Is it with my current processor, SLI my GTX560 will be waste?

these are my current spec:

Intel i5-750 (i overclock till 3.8ghz)
Gigabyte GTX560 1GB
Kingston Ram 4x4gb 1333 ddr3
Cooler Master GX 750W PSU

you got a nice power supply and a good overclock

You should be fine. I just recently added a 2nd GTX460 to my rig and setup SLI. I have been very happy with the performance and I have a similar processor and power supply as yourself.
