Hello,
Which is the best system for the price to digitally record TV signals on to a hard drive(in essence a TIVO like system) ? Which is the best system as far as quality/features between AIW Radeon or Sony's PCV-RX490TV.

I read here there is a difference between how AIW and Sony's PCV-RX490TV approach this technology. I don't understand the significance of that different approach. Could someone please explain it.
thanks
Malcolm
