Nvidia 7900 gt

Hi,

If i buy the nvidia 7900gt now will i be able to play new games or games from 2009-2011 from low to high setting at 1024*786 screen resolution or 800*600 screen resoultion games?? game debate say's i can run all games till september 2012 from low to high at 1024*786. i want your opinion.

by the benchmark stats it should be around gt520 without dx11.
you will be losing a lot of graphic quality and some games(dx10/11) may not even run at all.

my 5670 burned and i am getting this for free that is why will it work and i just need it to work till july.

Its for free, whats your problem? Use it untill you get something better. its Really old VGA. (like 2006 - 2007 i think)

If its free try it. It will be able to run most games on lower settings. Turn off aa and af.

I bet it will run MW3 on medium without aa. BF3 not so much. Source games will run no problem. Killing Floor for life.

You should be able to run games based on dx 9, with lowered details.

Forget about Bulletstorm. Maybe on the absolute lowest settings, but then why bother?

There are some games out there you might be able to run such as Deus Ex #1, but there are $60 cards that absolutely destroy the 7900GT so I'm not sure what else to say.
