If you have some time, I would be very grateful if you help me.
I need you to go to this page http://nikem-bg.net/magazin.php?search=VIDEOCARD , and tell me what is the best video card for my budget.
The prices are in Bulgarian leva (1$ = 1.46lv), and my budget is 500lv. (you will sеe it as "лв.")
I need a good video card for a 1680:1050 screen, that can run all games at respectively high fps.
I also need a good PSU from http://nikem-bg.net/magazin.php?search=CASE to handle the card, and both to fit in the 500lv budget (maybe a bit more).

My current specs are:
Core i3 2100
Asus H61 mobo
Corsair 4gb RAM @1333
400w PSU
9800gtx 512МB

As I said, I would be very grateful if you help me because I'm not very good with hardware.
Thank you.

http://nikem-bg.net/computer-components/Corsair-600W-Bu...

I would say that these two would be a good choice for your system.

Here are two other choices for you to consider so that you can have a choice between different cards. You can also choose either power supply as both will work fine.

Is it worth saving more for the 7850 and a Corsair 500w? What do you think?
I heard that card requires little power compared to other ones.

I would get the 7850 and the 600W Corsair just to be safe, not a bad combo.

Anyway, what is the previous gen. equivalent for the 7850? Nvidia or AMD
Just to know what performance I would get.

7850 whit a "real" 500W PSU will be just fine. AND the 7850 its a GREAT GPU, just great. Ill catch mine ASAP.

The 7850 is equivalent to the 6870 I believe.

Hmm, doesn't make sense, since it is 30% more expensive than 6870

no worries. just have to make sure theres some info in the title so people know whether or not they can contribute to the thread without clicking on it.

if everyone didnt put any info in the title, the forums would be a mess and nothing would get answered.

sorry for the mild hijacking of your question and not contributing.

thank you for correcting the title

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-car...

Every month Tomshardware puts out an article about the best graphics cards for the money and at the end of the article is a hierarchy chart showing where cards on both sides fall. I don't usually buy AMD/ATI cards buy the new 7000 model is the upgrade over the 6000 model.
The 7970 would replace the 6970 and the 7870 would replace the 6870 and as far as the pricing goes I think AMD overshot thier pricing a bit and with the release of the Kepler cards , especially the GTX 680 being $500 I think you'll see an adjustment to the AMD line so they are more competitive to Nvidia. Especially since the 680 is outperforming the 7970.

So yea I think I will stop at the 6870 for now. No need for the extra performance, since I only use the 1680:1050 resolution and more powerful GPU than that would be a waste of money.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
