Need help picking out a cpu fan

I need some help figuring out what cpu heatsink will work well in my build.

cpu- amd 965 I would like to be able to overclock this to 4ghz

mobo- ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+

I would prefer to stay away from the 212 just a persona preference

why stay form 212? a lot of people really like it. i would go with corsair h70 or the 60

What is your budget? If price is not an issue, then I would probably recommend one of Noctua's coolers such as these -
