then it's much cheaper to let a Nokia Service Centre do the job.

Yes, there are many cheap "China" flashers on eBay for around the £30 UKP
mark, but if you use one of those, you have a very good chance of destroying
the handset, personally I wouldn't let one near any of my phones (I've got
one sat on the shelf here, and that's all it's useful for - a bookend). To
do the job right you'll need something along the lines of Twister, Griffin
or Prodigy. All of these cost around £220 UKP, and should come with access
to a support FTP site with all the software & flash files.

And there's a couple of problems with that particular seller anyway -
Private feedback (always suspicious), and if it's who I think it is, he's
not an authorised seller for either Twister or Griffin which could cause
major problems for anyone buying from him.
