[Help] Thousand Dollar Gaming PC

I'm looking to build a new PC by November. I just need a little advice about the parts I've selected. I believe they should be fine for gaming and that everything should fit in the case but just in case I need a little reassuring.

Please let me know if there is anything that would not work with it being built and if it would be able to play games like GTA IV and Skyrim on high settings. If you have any recommendations please let me know.

UPDATE:
I need a PSU and a recommendation would be great. I also can spend an extra $50-$70 on the graphics card so any recommendations for that would be great as well (if I choose I will probably pick something overkill)>

well I don't see a psu there and their is no way youll need that mobo. this would be fine http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131826 That will save you about $100. So get a better gpu with that money.
