Please can someone help me can you tell me if my specs are okay for a first time build and any advice for me im on a budget of about £350-400

PSU:500w PSU
Graphics Card: Radeon HD 6870
CPU: i5 2500k
RAM: 4Gb
Motherboard: Z68AP-D3
DVD Burner: 24x ASUS
Case: CIT Vantage Type R


Plz can someone help me i do want to overclock i wanna kno if the PSU is okay for overclocking too.

I actually dont kno i ordered it with my case should i invest in a mainstream brand i.e Corsair

Yes, a million times yes. Never trust a PSU that comes with a case.

get a ivy bridge chip. they are faster. and get a antec case. they are better
