Basically I want to get a new graphics card for my computer but i dont know what would be good for my computer, im pretty sure I will also need to upgrade my PSU as well so if anybody could recommend me something that would be great.

I dont play very many graphic demanding games I play games like Half life 2, Counter strike, Hitman Blood money etc so I dont want to spend like 300$ if theres anything decent for like 100-150$ that would be awesome.

current specs

CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) II x2 240 @ 2.8GHz
GPU: nvidia geforce 6150se nforce 430 (sucks I know, it came with it.)
My motherboard has one PCI E x16 slot available .
RAM: 3GB.
PSU: Max output 250w (Label says "+5V & +3.34V 165W MAX. +5V & 12V 218W MAX.) also +12V/14A

If you need any more info just say so.

maybe a 5670 or 6670. neither one needs an external power connector and your little power supply shouldn't have problems running it.

under 12v...... how many amps ? 20 ?

I think the 12v has 14amps. the sticker looks like this

+12v / 14a
+5v / 25a
+3.3v / 18a

-12v / 0.8a
+5VSB / 2a

Thats what's on there.
