So I'm going to run a Monitor at 1080p with a radeon XFX 6950 (not OC)

What kind of FPS can I expect at ultra settings? I heard people with a GTX 560ti could get like 200fps.

A question about Overclocking. Is overclocking easy? Is it a one time thing, as in Do I have to mess with the voltages every day in order to overclock? Will I have to look at temps and all that stuff?
Thanks.

i will take my gaming as an example,i use a gtx56 ti and play a bit of battlefeild 3,this game is hungry on graphics,i get 60fps at high quality settings,i think the 6950 is comparable to my gtx560ti,im unsure what frame rate you will get running league of legends, but i think you should be able to run it at very high quality settings with nice frame rates,i dont think it will be 200fps,yes you can overclock, but make sure you have enough info before you do that(research the subject),i sometimes use msi afterburner to do that,i prefer to run stock settings,i just increase fan speeds to control temps.
