XFX 6870 RMA has strange pixels

Hello,
My replacement video card is giving me strange artifacting as shown here: http://i.imgur.com/Fjog2.png

Tried the most recent AMD drivers (3/28/2012) and the drivers sent with the replacement (3/8/2012) and the issue persists

It shows up in a print screen but not during the boot screen, windows screen, or in safe mode. Is this replacement card just as much of a POS as the one I sent in?

Artifacts can sometimes be the result of dust in the GPU's heatsink. Can you try cleaning it?

GPU is clean, it was a fresh RMA from XFX and I blew it out with the compressor.

I don't suppose it's badly factory clocked or that you OC-ed it?

Artifacts are almost always due to a bad card or power supply issues.

I had the same issue with a replacement card from XFX. Both the one I sent back and the replacement had artifacts. I replaced my PSU and solved the problem for me.
