Need recommendations for cpu, mb, and memory upgrade

I am upgrading to Windows 7\64. I plan on replacing the mb, cpu, and memory (16 gig) with a budget of ~$600.

I use my computer for everything except gaming.
I will not overclock.
I am currently using a Q6600 based system.
I live in the US
I can go with AMD or Intel and I am not religious about mb or memory brands either.
I will be buying within the next two weeks

Any help wil be appreciated.

Intel Core i7-3770K (Ivy Bridge): 3.5 - 3.9 GHz, 8 MB Shared L3 Cache $350
ASRock Z77 Extreme6: LGA 1155, Intel Z77 Express $175
G.Skill F3-1600C8D-8GAB: DDR3-1600 C8, 4 GB x 2 (8 GB) $58

The availablity of the i7-3770K is not that great.
