Dual GTX 680 for HX750?

Hey I recently bought a GTX 580 with a Corsair HX750 PSU. I am now interested in buying a Dual GTX 680. I was wondering if this Dual graphic card can be more than compatible for my PSU.

PS: Which GTX 680 version should i buy to give me maxed out graphics?

Sure! The HX750 can actually pull 900W according to tests, so you should be perfectly fine.

Personally, I'd go for EVGA because their customer service and warranty is the best.

You can't really go wrong with the GTX 680, but I have heard that EVGA's are good. Check on which has the best warranty and the GTX 680 doesn't get too hot so it shouldn't matter.

You don't need anything more than 750W! Might as well get the HX750.

680 SLI only draws around 340W, that gives you a 410 watts left for everything else.

And if I were to stay with my GTX 580 and mix it with the 680 making a Dual, would it be enough for that?

I don't think nVidia supports mix-n-match in SLI.

You can't SLI different type of GPUs.

If you can't return your 580 and you can't sell it for a reasonable price (close to the original price if you purchased it recently), than go with another 580. Or simply stick with it. It's still a very strong card on it's own.

Google it. Besides, 4GB has been benched and it's not worth it, 2GB is enough.

They got tested, benchmark'ed, ... currently it's not worth the extra cost over a 2GB version.
