Please advice: Workstation 2600K & Quadro FX 3800

Hello,
I'm planing to build a workstation for 3ds Max modeling and rendering, my budget is limited to 1750$-2000$.
I found a used Quadro FX 3800@275$ and planing to get 2600K BOX@275$ or 2700K BOX@300$ which will OC.
Please advice which Motherboard, RAM, PSU,FAN (liquid or normal) to choose and whether the GPU and CPU are ok to go with.
For LCD I chose Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24".

here is a better build. i sure that a quadro 4000 is better than the fx
