GTX 570 Large Format

I have an EVGA nVIDIA GTX 570, factory OC'd, and am looking at various large format monitors, especially a couple 47in ones (1920x1080 res). I don't know a whole lot about large monitors and was wondering, would my card be able to handle large format for gaming? Or would I need to run SLI or some such?

The resolution being 1920x1080 would be not too much for one card because the card can go up to 2560x1600 and you would need two cards for two of those montitors but for the 1920x1080 you can use one card for two monitors.
