Shader model 3 download free

Shader model 3 is not a download, it's part of your graphics card. I believe if it supports DirectX 9c, then it's shader model 3. You will have to upgrade your card.

You need to buy a video card that supports SM 3.0. They came out in 2004. current video cards supports SM 5.0.

SM 3.0 is not software, it is hardware.
