Regarding on gtx680, will it bottleneck my CPU?

I have a :
CPU:i5 2400k @ stock speeds
Memory Ram:kingston hyperX 8gig DDR3
Motherboard:ASRock H61DE/S3
Power Supply: Corsair cx600 V2
and oh, can my motherboard support the gtx680? :??:  I am worried that problems may occur on my motherboard :??:  :pfff:

edit: I almost forgot, nothing is overclocked, everything @ stock speeds :D !!!

Yes your board supports GTX 680 and i5 2400 is a decent CPU,so don't worry about the bottleneck

For your information, there is no such i5-2400K, I think you meant i5-2500K.

Yes it(GTX 680)'ll be fine for your i5-2500k, even at stock.
