How to cool down comp

More specifically, my gfx card is getting hot. What would be the best way to cool it down, sli with another gfx card? My case has 4 fans in it.

SLI will create more heat, not reduce it. PC Specs please. Also how hot is hot.

Hot generally or under load? Most cards get considerably hot when under load

processor= Intel Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
GPU= nvidia geforce gtx 570
RAM= 8gb (2x4gb corsair)
ssd= plextor px-128m2s
hdd= name was funky looking in the device manager so who cares its just for storage not games, 1.36terrabite
power supply is 750.

Its warm when on for a couple hours, and hot under load.

I have no idea what exact temperature its getting to. its hot enough that it burns if you touch it.

The Obsidian series, apparently, is well known to cause heat issues. Maybe bigger, stronger fans will do the trick.

I'm not sure about Nvidia, but AMD has this thing called AMD Overdrive where I can see how hot the GPU is at the moment.
