Not sure which laptop to run borderlands 2 on

HI Guys

Right now I am at university and my gaming capabilities are limited to a laptop and I would like to play borderlands. But before I buy it I need to know which laptop would play it best.

Both have enough backing storage and RAM to manage it but both have different graphics cards and cpus.

Option 1

HP Pavilion
CPU i7 (2.5Ghz)
GPU ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470

Option 2
Toshiba Satellite Pro
CPU i5 (2.4Ghz)
GPU AMD Radeon HD 7670M

right now I can get around 40-50 fps out of Skyrim on mostly high with a few settings tweaks on the Toshiba so I am guessing that one would perform best. What do you guys think.

yeah the Toshiba should perform a lot better. I'd use that one.
