That all looks pretty good, my main suggestions would be to drop the RAM and get something low profile in case you decide to add an aftermarket cooler.

Also don't get a Hitachi HD as they have tremendously high fail rates - get a Western Digital or Seagate instead.

Also I believe my PSU is non-modular, got any recommendations for a modular PSU around the same price?
