Savings Institute blocking transactions from some states.

I can't order from Newegg because Savings Institute is blocking orders from New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, and California.

What's an alternative site that isn't based out of any of those states for these parts? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9jnR

I'd like to keep it under $1150. Also since the deal most likely won't exist on another site for that mobo, would the Pro4-M suffice? I won't be going CFX any time in the future.

here i upgraded the build a little for more performance. you can price match all the parts on the NCIX US as long as it doesnt have a mir attached to the item

I'm currently using the Z68 Pro3 Gen3 instead. Should this negatively effect my build as opposed to a Z77 version?

NCIX us might have the parts, also.

not that much. you will lose usb3, pci-e 3 (unless your board supports it), and virtumvp. as long as asrock as a bios update for ivy bridge chips, it will work.
