Upoading

Hello,
I am filling out an application online to send online. However; i have to upload a document with that application which I am unable to do becuse I do not know how to do it. Could anybody out there help me by step by step. I am running W7 Home and I do have a scanner.

With what application? You haven't received help till now because you need to give more detail when explaining your problem.
