I3 2100 vs i3-540

So I am looking at 2 used computers, both at close to the same price. I know they aren't gaming powerhouses but I am on a tight budget and these fit. Which one do you think would get me better performance? FYI, the Clarkdale PC is on a motherboard that DOESN'T support overclocking so I would be stuck at 3.06 GHz.

Intel Core i3 2100 processor with a Nvidia Geforce 550 Ti MSI - $335

Intel Core i3-540 Clarkdale 3.06GHz with an EVGA GeForce GTX 285 - $350
