2.1GB of ram is rather low so you will have trouble running the game well according to most users on the SWTOR forums and although the GPU is above requirements it will still cause you slow down.

But if you play with lowish graphics and a low resolution you should be ok, if you have a 64bit of vista then get 2 GB extra of ram

You most definitely want another 2GB RAM. I would strongly suggest 6-8 with your system configuration...Vista is more resource-intensive and with that little RAM you are creating the possibility of SWTOR wanting to go over 4GB and erroring out.

I played on a C2D E8300 with a GT520 and 4GB of RAM and after a couple of hours SWTOR would crash due to hitting the memory ceiling and this was with Windows 7 which has better memory management.

There is a free weekend starting tonight, I believe. Download it and try. I think you MIGHT be able to get away with lowered resolution and very low graphics settings.
